A Hot Market, You Say?? Tell me more…

The University of Miami is already an attractive school for international students because of its location and strong reputation. Investments in large capital projects, like student housing helps attract the eyes of more international students.

International students will often live in student housing for the first year or two of their programs, allowing them time to acquaint themselves with their new surroundings. It is very common for international students and their parents to invest in a property while the student is attending post-secondary studies, which is particularly true in key markets like Miami.
